- Define & execute precisely defined testing protocol of Hardware, Firmware & Software for Drones, Accessories & Apps
- Planning and performing test flights on production drones
- Executing quality control of drones and ensuring customer receives a good product
- Conduct quality control on incoming and outgoing products
- Continuous improvement of the processes according to Lean principles
- Instructing and onboarding new team members in plane commissioning
- Implementing and testing new products and processes for the production
- Debugging in case of failure of the product and or test equipment
- Engagement and support in assembly and repair
- Engagement in our Kaizen events to drive our production forward
- Proactively seek to exercise all possible user workflows and explore how they map onto the usability of the product
- Process flight data measurements using photogrammetry & LIDAR softwares, ensuring workflow/data quality sanity, and product meeting performance specifications
- Precise and independent work

- Excellent English skills (B2+), both written and spoken
- Adaptable and accountable
- Reliable and open to feedback
- At least 2 years of working experience in quality control
- Experience as a user of ERP systems
- Fluent in German
- Young and dynamic team
