What you will learn with us and what you can achieve:

• Support in the entire purchasing process - from requirements determination to order initiation
• Participation in price and contract negotiations as well as ensuring the best possible conditions
• Involvement in building, maintaining, and further developing supplier relationships
• Support in monitoring quality, delivery dates, and compliance with relevant guidelines
• Support in researching and identifying new procurement opportunities to expand the supplier portfolio
• Creation and preparation of reports and analyses to support purchasing management
• Close cooperation with production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth material flow
• Committed work in cross-departmental teams to develop efficient and practical solutions and to strengthen cross-departmental collaboration
• Participation in the further development and implementation of purchasing strategies for cost and process efficiency

What you bring

• Interest in commercial processes as well as basic knowledge from school, studies, or initial practical experience
• First contact with purchasing, logistics, or business administration topics, e.g., through projects, part-time jobs, or study content
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as initial experience with purchasing or ERP systems is an advantage
• Very good German skills and good English skills
• Analytical thinking and the ability to evaluate offers and information in a structured manner
• Openness to digital tools and modern technologies such as AI

Nice to have

• First experience with ERP systems
• Interest in process optimization and automation in the purchasing & AVOR/PPS departments
