What you can achieve
In view of the growing challenges in the areas of water protection and infrastructure sustainability, road drainage management today plays a central role in road construction projects in Switzerland. Between strict legal requirements, technical challenges and high ecological expectations, our clients are looking for solutions that are reliable and innovative, while also taking local conditions into account.
In this context, we are strengthening our team with a specialised engineer who can establish themselves as a technical reference both with our clients and within our internal teams. You will be involved in a variety of projects ranging from conceptual planning to implementation. You will contribute your solid expertise and holistic perspective. Your role is also strategic: you identify new approaches, further develop practices and actively help to expand and strengthen our company as a leading player in this field.
Your skills are
- You have a completed degree as an ETH/FH engineer or a comparable qualification
- 5 to 10 years of experience in urban water management and road drainage
- Experience in project management and team leadership
- Strong ability to bring people together, motivate and support them
- Initiative, solution orientation and entrepreneurial spirit
- Independence, commitment and sense of responsibility
- Knowledge of project processes at ASTRA is an advantage
