As the responsible resort manager of Mürren Tourism and managing director of the Alpine Sports Centre Mürren with spa, you are the contact person for all tourist matters in Mürren:

• You manage the information centre and the operation of the sports centre
• You develop the Mürren brand in collaboration with the Jungfrau Region
• You coordinate local events, offers and utilisation of the facilities
• You are responsible for the tourist tax accounting and the operating accounts of Mürren Tourism and the sports centre
• You lead and motivate a team of 6 to 12 employees (depending on the season)

• Enthusiasm for the Mürren holiday region
• Passion for open communication with guests and all local partners
• Commercial training, further education in tourism/marketing (tourism college) and professional experience, language skills at least in English and French
• Interest in the technical concerns of the local infrastructure
• Innovation and integration skills, flexibility and networked thinking
• Communication skills and resilience
