About the job
Your area of responsibility
- You are responsible for handling the day-to-day business in the area of actuarial and administrative management of autonomous pension funds; this includes, among other things, entries and exits, salary changes, purchases, WEF advances, divorces, retirements as well as death and disability cases, pension payments, contribution collection and benefit as well as contribution calculations
- You act as a competent contact person for insured persons for telephone and written enquiries
- Independent management of your own client base as well as assuming mandate responsibility are part of your diverse range of tasks
- In exchange with internal and external stakeholders, you ensure professional and reliable collaboration
- You actively contribute your expertise to projects and specialist groups
Your strengths
- You have a commercial basic education and ideally further training as a specialist in occupational benefits with a federal certificate of competence or a comparable qualification
- Sound knowledge of occupational benefits characterises you; ideally, you have already gained several years of experience in managing autonomous pension funds
- You already have professional experience in the area of the 2nd pillar and apply your expertise in day-to-day business
- You are a precise and motivated personality and are used to working independently
- You master German and French confidently in spoken and written form and communicate appropriately with different target groups
