- Leading a neurological ward together with the team leader
- Active participation in shaping and further developing the ward
- Coordination of ward operations
- Promotion and development of staff

- Shaping a working environment characterised by collaboration and appreciation
- Encouraging the professional and personal development of staff
- Close interprofessional collaboration with various professional groups
- Contributing to future-oriented patient care
Your Profile
- Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH
- Several years of professional and leadership experience, preferably in the medical field
- Completed leadership training or willingness to undertake it
- Strong organisational talent
- Positive and appreciative attitude
- Solution-oriented thinking and acting
- Enjoyment in promoting and developing staff
- Experience in implementing changes
- Ability to develop sustainable solutions
- High team and communication skills
- Interest in a modern leadership culture
