You assist with the loading and unloading of archives, organizing dossier collections, and boxing year-group dossiers (alphabetically/numerically)
You support the preparation and electronic data processing of dossiers and their metadata (scanning already archived paper documents from secondary archives) and daily office tasks
You perform the work in various departments and at different locations

Your Experience

You have completed training (vocational training; preferably commercial, high school diploma, or university degree)
You work independently and reliably
Your German skills are perfect
