Polymechanic with 3D Laser Technology for Innovative Industrial Companies
Tasks
- Setting up, operating and maintaining 2D and 3D laser machines including marking lasers
- Programming the laser systems with software tools such as FASTSUITE, TruTops and specific marking programmes
- Manufacturing and quality-assured inspection of components made from nickel and cobalt-based alloys
- Ensuring cleanliness and order at machine stations
- Carrying out standard maintenance on the machines, including NADCAP-certified systems
Requirements
- Completed technical basic training as a polymechanic, CNC miller or plant and apparatus builder
- Experience in processing with 3D laser technology and programming the corresponding controls Siemens, ABB, PowerMark and S94P
- High quality awareness and precise working method with attention to detail
- Team orientation as well as strong communication skills
- Very good German skills and basic knowledge of English
