What to expect:

• You handle repair and service orders from inquiry to billing and ensure smooth processing
• You prepare repair and service quotations for ventilation and air conditioning systems and coordinate these with our customers
• You coordinate service technician deployments, appointments and materials and ensure efficient order processing
• You are the contact person for our customers, receive concerns and faults and ensure a professional solution

• A completed technical or commercial training, ideally with experience in building technology
• Experience in order processing or scheduling, preferably in a technical environment
• Technical understanding and enjoyment in coordinating repairs and services and finding suitable solutions
• An independent, structured and customer-oriented way of working as well as good organisational skills
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form, confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with Abacus
