For Hälg & Co. AG, a company of the Hälg Group, we are looking for a Head of Service in Chur.
Your Challenge
- Handling the day-to-day business in the service area heating / ventilation / sanitation / annual maintenance
- Taking over the entire service department including personnel management
- Technical, financial and personnel management of the service area as a member of the management team
- Development and expansion of the service area as well as realisation of market potentials
- Customer acquisition and sales in the Chur / Middle Bündner region
- Promotion and development of employees as well as design of processes and the associated organisation
- Close cooperation with the branch manager and the service manager Switzerland in strategic matters
- Involvement in more complex maintenance mandates and calculations
- Representative of the service area towards our customers, suppliers and internally within the company
Your Profile
- Completed basic training in building technology (HVACSE), additional training desirable
- Leadership experience present
- Desire for scope for creativity and the chance to have a direct influence on the development of the area
- Enjoyment in building, supporting and further developing our experienced service technician team
- Sales flair with service orientation and enjoyment of customer contact (partly with presentations)
