YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
In this role, you lead a well-coordinated team in the area of payments and money laundering and ensure that the defined processes and guidelines are adhered to in daily operations. Your mission is exciting and varied:
- Leadership & Coordination: You lead a small team and actively participate in the daily operations of payments and anti-money laundering
- Payments Monitoring: You check daily deposits and withdrawals, verify payment proofs and customer data (KYC)
- Risk and Fraud Prevention: You identify and analyse suspicious activities and initiate necessary measures
- Process Optimisation: You contribute improvement suggestions and support the further development of existing processes
- Training & Development: You coordinate the mandatory training and ensure that it is conducted and documented according to the training plan
- Compliance: You work according to existing guidelines and ensure their correct implementation
- Reporting: You prepare regular reports and keep the COO informed about important developments and results
YOUR SUPERPOWERS
You are exactly right for our team if you bring the following qualifications:
- Experience in payments and compliance, ideally in the gambling or financial sector
- Completed commercial basic training or equivalent qualification
- Fluent German in spoken and written form; English? A plus!
- High degree of independence, initiative and sense of responsibility
- Discreet personality with excellent manners
- A clean debt enforcement and criminal record
- We also welcome applications from motivated professionals who have already gained initial experience in this field and now want to take on additional responsibility.
