• Clarifying and asserting claims against third parties
• Preparing applications for the social authority
• Cooperating with internal and external specialist agencies

You bring with you

• Bachelor in Social Work or equivalent education, preferably combined with completed commercial training and further education in social assistance and/or social insurance law
• Very good knowledge of legal requirements and SKOS guidelines
• In-depth practical experience in financial and personal assistance
• Confident German and skillfulness in written expression
• Resilience, assertiveness, and ability to set boundaries
• Positive view of humanity and empathetic personality
• Independent and precise working style
• Very good IT skills (MS Office), knowledge of Klibnet desired
