We’re excited to offer an internship opportunity within our Human Resources team based in Baar, Switzerland. This role is ideal for a positive, self-motivated individual eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international business environment.
Position Overview
As our HR Intern, you will gain exposure to HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, and Employment Law.
You’ll also have the opportunity to participate in cross-functional meetings and develop a strong
understanding of global HR operations.
Essential Duties
include but are not limited to the following:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR team (e.g., document management, scheduling, data entry).
- Assisting in the creation, editing, and distribution of the internal HR newsletter.
- Supporting the planning and execution of local events such as Zukunftstag, including logistics and stakeholder coordination.
- Learning how international employment regulations are applied in practice, including contract creation, terminations, and compliance audits
- Contributing to the development of working regulations across various international locations.
- Participating in HR initiatives such as employee engagement, onboarding, and process improvement.
- Maintaining a highly ethical approach to handling confidential data with discretion and care.
- Demonstrating strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams.
- Upholding excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Delivering world-class service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Law.

Basic understanding of business concepts and HR fundamentals.

Proven ability to build relationships and connect with others.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Authorization to perform an internship in Switzerland without additional work authorization.

Adaptability and openness to change; ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and learn from setbacks.

Professional experience in a fast-paced business setting.
The annual base salary shown is a national range for this position on a full-time basis and may differ by hiring location. In addition, this position is bonus eligible.
