Together with our client, an established company in the Thun region, we are looking for an HR Consultant / HR Consultant 80–100% by arrangement. Your tasks with the new employer

• You will comprehensively manage a defined business area along the employee lifecycle and take particular responsibility for recruiting new employees
• You competently advise and support executives on personnel-related issues and at the same time act as a trusted contact person for employees
• You actively accompany change processes and contribute to various HR projects as well as to the further development of processes, tools and concepts
• Together with other HR professionals, you ensure professional personnel administration and contribute to efficient and smooth operations

You offer your new employer

• You have a commercial basic education and further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma or a comparable qualification
• You bring several years of professional experience in a consulting HR role and feel confident working with executives and employees
• You have a good business understanding, think holistically and develop practical and sustainable HR solutions from different needs
• A service-oriented, resilient and communicative personality as well as confident handling of MS Office complete your profile; SAP knowledge is an advantage
