Job Description

• You carry out maintenance, repairs, installations as well as updates and upgrades of our clinical devices to ensure reliable operation and guarantee customer satisfaction.
• You qualify devices, manage your spare parts inventory and monitor measuring and testing equipment regarding their calibration deadlines.
• You coordinate complex malfunctions with internal departments and fully document technical services and error reports.
• You make an important contribution to service quality with your technical expertise and document all relevant work processes.
• You work closely with your team as well as the Technical Support, Production and R&D departments and support the sales team in customer care.

Qualifications

• You have completed technician training or a technical degree, ideally in mechatronics, medical technology or electrical engineering, and bring relevant professional experience.
• You have experience in device technology or medical technology in the clinical field, which is desirable but not mandatory.
• You have good knowledge of electronics, optics, fluidics and mechanics and have ideally already demonstrated this in field service.
• You work independently, conscientiously and customer-oriented and have good English skills.

Further Information
The activity is carried out from the home office and involves regular travel within Switzerland. A company car, also for private use, is available to you. Your place of residence should ideally be in the Central Switzerland or Northern Switzerland region.
