Clerk Unemployment Fund 80–100%
Your responsibilities
Together with a dynamic team, you ensure a smooth process and thus guarantee the qualitative, quantitative, and customer-oriented processing of the files.
- You check and process incoming unemployment benefit claims and calculate the unemployment compensation.
- You ensure a quick payment of insured benefits.
- You write and issue fund decisions.
- You clarify matters in your area of responsibility with authorities, offices, legal representatives, and employers.
- You competently and personally advise our customers at the counter and by phone.
Your profile
- Completed commercial training (with E-profile) or equivalent training with several years of professional experience
- Experience in demanding clerical work, preferably in the private or social insurance sector
- Independent, resilient, and decisive personality with a structured working method
- In addition to confident German in spoken and written form, knowledge of foreign languages is desired.
