This is a permanent position with a monthly salary with assignments from Monday to Friday. The working hours are usually (depending on the location) between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Your main tasks:
- Welcoming and assisting customers, visitors, and employees
- Receiving and forwarding incoming calls in German, English, and French
- Processing emails as well as daily mail and courier deliveries
- Access management and badge administration
- Booking and coordinating meeting rooms
- Processing customer orders in the corresponding tool
- Administrative tasks, e.g., parking management, various orders, detailed clarifications, etc.
Your profile:
- Training as a hotel specialist or comparable training in the service sector
- Professional experience in a similar role
- Fluent German skills and very good English skills in spoken and written form as well as good oral French skills
- Good PC skills and willingness to use various tools
- High flexibility regarding working hours and locations in the Zurich area, great sense of responsibility, and high reliability
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as a winning appearance and very good manners
- Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register)
