What you will achieve with us
- Dispatcher for transport and machinery with administrative tasks

- Planning and organisation of goods and inventory transports
- Deployment planning of vehicles and drivers taking into account legal rest periods
- Optimisation of trips to avoid empty runs
- Coordination and allocation of trucks, excavators and special equipment for various construction sites
- Warehouse and material management
- Receipt of orders, inventory and building materials
- Monitoring of stock levels and triggering of orders
- Management and deployment planning of drivers and technical staff in the warehouse
- Close exchange with foremen and site managers to accommodate short-term changes in the construction process
- Creation, checking and input of reports and delivery notes
- Invoice verification of creditors
What you bring with you
- Commercial or technical basic training, ideally in transport logistics in the construction industry
- Further training as a technical clerk or dispatcher for transport and logistics
- Expertise in construction machinery, cantonal traffic regulations, special permits and confident handling of dispatch software, for example SORBA
- Knowledge of building materials and inventory
- Independent and reliable working style
- Organisational talent and enjoyment in coordinating
- Stress resistance and the ability to quickly find solutions in unforeseen events, for example in the event of a machine failure
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Friendly manners with customers and employees
- Valid driving licence category B / BE, category C / CE advantageous
