Direct Mail Company AG is the specialist in the business area of unaddressed advertising with the product "Directs" as well as the carrier medium "Consumo". The company was founded in 1962 and has been fully owned by Swiss Post since 2012. Thanks to a nationwide sales network, we can guarantee our business partners competent, regionally anchored advice for the unaddressed delivery of flyers and brochures throughout Switzerland. Production Mechanic 100%

To strengthen our technical team at our production site in Niederbipp, we are looking for a reliable, committed and professionally skilled individual for the maintenance, servicing and technical support of our production facilities from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Planning and execution of periodic maintenance work
• Assisting with and independently carrying out repair work on production facilities with control systems and PLC controls
• Ordering and managing spare parts and operating materials
• Deputising responsibility for production planning including execution and monitoring
• Documentation of completed work and technical adjustments
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and legal requirements
• Collaboration with internal specialist departments and external partners
• Taking on various administrative tasks

Your profile

• Completed technical basic training, e.g. as a production mechanic, automation technician,
• automatic assembler or in a comparable professionExperience in maintenance, repair and servicing of production facilities or technical equipment
• Basic knowledge of electrical and control technologyUnderstanding of technical drawings, schematics and maintenance documents
• Independent, reliable and responsible working style
• Team spirit, flexibility and resilience
• Willingness to work shifts or outside regular production hours if required
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Safety- and quality-conscious working
