What you bring

• Training as a social pedagogue with a certificate as a practical trainer (or interest in completing the course/CAS)
• Interest in supporting young people and adults in training processes
• Ideally experience in accompanying and caring for people with severe disabilities
• Flexibility, resilience, patience, an independent and responsible working style as well as good communication skills
• Good administrative knowledge and computer user skills
• Willingness for dual mandates as practical trainer and professional trainer

What to expect

• Support of several students and trainees
• Independent work planning
• Responsibility for planning and conducting learning and practical discussions as well as joint care services with the trainees
• Responsibility for conveying practical learning content to the trainees
• Collaboration in the training team of 22 professional and practical trainers
• Activity in the residential area with the trainees and responsibility for the people entrusted to you
• Work in an interdisciplinary team

For over 50 years, the SSBL Foundation for self-determined and supported living has accompanied and cared for people with intellectual and multiple disabilities.
