In the role of Team Leader: Tax, you take responsibility for a specialised team and are the central contact person for sales. Together, you ensure that our clients are optimally cared for during sensitive life phases and can rely on our expertise.

Your tasks
- Leading and developing an expert team with 3 employees
- Advising clients (natural and legal persons) on tax law, especially on tax issues related to succession arrangements, restructurings, and real estate transactions
- Exploiting existing business potential through needs-oriented and comprehensive advice
- Being responsible for the further development of the tax advisory service and actively participating in projects
- Representing and advocating for the team internally and externally
- Acting as the central contact person for sales on all tax-related questions
Your profile
- Completed advanced professional training (certified tax expert, MAS Taxation or similar)
- Several years of practical and independent advisory experience in corporate and real estate tax law after completing professional training
- Enjoyment of intensive collaboration with colleagues from other specialist areas
- High advisory competence in dealing with demanding client situations and sensitive life phases
- Empathy, strong communication skills, and enjoyment in dealing with people characterise you
- With your winning, confident appearance, you motivate employees and lead them to success
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, as well as good English skills desirable, any additional language is an advantage
