Your tasks include
- Establishment, implementation and further development of nursing controlling
- Preparation and analysis of nursing-relevant data
- Creation of instructions and training of employees primarily in the area of CIS
- Professional responsibility for ICT applications in the nursing sector
- Support in data evaluation for projects and quality development measures
- Interface between nursing and IT
- Analysis and optimisation of work processes
- Participation in standards and guidelines to ensure high-quality nursing care
You bring with you
- Training in nursing or medical field as well as professional experience in healthcare
- Affinity for numbers and digital solutions
- High degree of independence as well as analytical and structured working style
- Good interconnected thinking ability
- Proven communication strength and consulting competence
