Process Engineer (m/f/d)
Our Rocken partner is an established developer and manufacturer of electromechanical components and systems. With a high level of manufacturing depth and in-house production, customised solutions are created here for demanding applications in industry and automation. - You support the continuous improvement and optimisation of manufacturing processes
- You are responsible for the smooth operation of production facilities and intervene quickly and effectively in case of disruptions
- You participate in the planning and setup of new production cells and contribute to the automation of manufacturing processes
- You work closely with the departments of engineering, production, and maintenance
- You have the opportunity to develop as a lean production specialist and implement innovative manufacturing strategies
Qualifications:
- You have a university of applied sciences or technical college degree in mechanics, electronics, or a related field
- Ideally, you already have several years of professional experience as an operations specialist or in a similar environment
- You possess solid knowledge in production and manufacturing technology and use it purposefully for process optimisation
- You are open to learning new things and actively contribute your experience to the company’s further development
- You are a doer who enriches the team with high social competence and an independent working style
- Fluent German skills, both spoken and written
