To complement our team in Lucerne, we are looking for an Employee: Purchasing & Logistics to start immediately.

• You obtain offers, compare them, and ensure that we get the best conditions.
• You negotiate prices with suppliers and always keep the optimum for our company in mind.
• You keep an eye on supply chains, monitor deadlines, and ensure the quality of incoming goods.
• You expand our supplier network and maintain close, partnership-based relationships.
• You take care of warranty cases and repairs and ensure a smooth process.
• You receive goods, ship them, and handle the corresponding documentation in the ERP system as well as registration with the logistics partner.
• You manage the warehouse, including goods receipt and issue, and conduct inventory control.
• You develop purchasing strategies, identify savings potentials, and bring in innovative solutions to optimize processes and supplier relationships in the long term.

• You have several years of experience in purchasing and know the processes well.
• You have completed training or are in training to become a purchaser with a professional certificate or a comparable qualification.
• You negotiate skillfully, decide fairly and solution-oriented.
• You approach people openly and gladly and maintain appreciative relationships.
• You are confident in using common office systems and ideally already have experience with the ERP system Abacus.
• You enjoy keeping order in the warehouse and keeping inventory under control.
• You work structured, think networked, and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
• You bring a high level of initiative and tackle tasks proactively.
• You ideally have English skills.
