Your tasks
- Technological and personnel leadership of the division (Mobile, Dashboards, and Performance Recording), including recruitment, development, and support of team leads and employees.
- Development and communication of the strategic roadmap and priorities for the division, in alignment with the product and company strategy.
- Definition, monitoring, and continuous optimisation of relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) to manage quality, delivery capability, and performance.
- Establishment of efficient planning and delivery models (e.g. sprints, roadmaps, OKRs) and ensuring target achievement across all teams.
- Close collaboration with other divisions, interdisciplinary teams, as well as direct exchange with customers and user groups (medical and nursing staff).
- Representation of the division to the executive management and in cross-divisional committees (e.g. architecture and security).
- Ensuring internal coordination and transparent, efficient information exchange between teams and with other divisions.
- Harmonisation of the tech stack and CICD processes across teams in exchange with other divisions.
Your profile
- Several years of experience in software development, including multiple years in personnel leadership of development teams or organisations.
- Completed university degree in computer science, medical informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Solid technical understanding of modern web and/or mobile development (e.g. React, TypeScript, Kubernetes) to be able to assess and support technical decisions competently – willingness to learn and quick comprehension are central.
- Strong strategic and conceptual skills as well as experience in budget and resource planning.
- Excellent communication skills with interdisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and executive management, as well as business acumen.
- Experience in leading through organisational change (e.g. reorganisations, team building) is an advantage.
- Interest or even initial experience in healthcare.
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, ideally French.
