This is what your day with us looks like:

• Ensuring a structured and organized operational process during the free replacement of the operations assistant
• Warm guest care at the reception and in service (lobby service)
• Operational tasks as well as control activities in various areas
• Invoice control and posting of various services
• Assistance with correspondence and reservation processing
   

What you bring with you:

• Guest- and team-oriented work
• Attention to detail and passion for quality and cleanliness
• Professional experience at the reception or motivated career changers willing to develop further
• Good German and English skills. (Italian is an advantage)
