Tasks

• Review and processing of benefit cases, cost approvals and billing in the inpatient care sector
• Telephone and written advice to insured persons and service providers
• Clarification of complex benefit cases in cooperation with the trusted medical service
• Exchange with internal specialist departments to clarify open questions
• Support with professional questions regarding inpatient services
• Ensuring efficient and customer-oriented case processing
• Identifying discrepancies and initiating appropriate investigations
• Handling complaints

Requirements

• Training in commercial or healthcare fields
• Professional experience in benefit assessment for health insurance
• Knowledge of inpatient care and ideally experience with RAI-HC or BESA
• Very good German and Italian language skills are mandatory
• Independent, solution-oriented working style with strong decision-making ability
• Open, communicative personality with enjoyment of teamwork
