What you can achieve with us.

• You independently lead and coordinate service and electrical projects from planning to successful completion.
• You are responsible for the technical, scheduling, and economic handling of your projects.
• You prepare offers, calculations, and billing, keeping an eye on costs, deadlines, and quality.
• You look after our existing customers and further develop long-term customer relationships.
• You identify additional customer needs and actively support the acquisition of new orders.
• You coordinate the deployment of employees and ensure efficient project execution.
• You ensure compliance with our quality and safety standards.
• You contribute your own ideas and actively participate in the further development of the Zug sub-division.
• With a view to the planned succession, you gradually take on additional leadership, customer, and result responsibility.

What defines you.

• Completed basic training as an electrical installer EFZ or a comparable electrical engineering qualification
• Further training in electrical project management or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in project management in the electrical sector
• Experience in coordinating employees and interest in taking on additional leadership responsibility in the future
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a good understanding of economic contexts
• Enjoyment in supporting and developing customers as well as a strong service orientation
• Organisational talent and an independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and a confident and reliable manner towards customers and employees
• Motivation to develop professionally and personally and to take on responsibility for a sub-division in the medium term
• Driving licence category B
