Dipl. Nursing Specialist Night Shift 80% (m,f,d)

Introduction

For an established institution in the Basel area, we are looking on behalf of our client for a committed and responsible nursing specialist for the night shift. Do you appreciate working independently, gladly take on responsibility, and accompany elderly people with empathy and professionalism through the night? Then we look forward to your application.

Tasks

• Responsibility for the individual care and support of residents during the night
• Carrying out basic and treatment care according to the primary nursing principle
• Performing medical-technical activities
• Documenting care services in ePDok
• Assessing care needs using RAI
• Conducting regular rounds
• Medical monitoring and ensuring the well-being of residents
• Close collaboration with internal and external specialists

Profile

• Completed training as a nursing specialist HF, DN II, AKP or DNI
• Professional experience as night shift nurse is an advantage
• Willingness for occasional day shifts
• Enjoyment in working with elderly and dementia patients
• High social competence as well as an independent and responsible working style
• Resilient, flexible and reliable personality
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Experience with RAI and ideally completed MDS coordinator course
