Caretaker (100%)
- Maintenance and upkeep of the Oberwangen school facility including multipurpose facility and outdoor area
- Deputy to the facility manager at the Niederwangen Juch school facility
- Contact point for various users of the facilities from schools and clubs
- Leading a small team of cleaning specialists
- Performing tasks also at irregular times and weekend shifts
- Assisting with school events (e.g., school festival) or other events at the facility
- Completed basic vocational training as a craftsman and training as a caretaker with a federal professional certificate
- Professional and leadership experience
- Responsible, independent and careful work with quick comprehension
- Strong constitution and motivated to work outdoors
- Team player, communicative and service-oriented
- Enjoy working with various stakeholders as well as dealing with students, school management, clubs, and municipal employees
- Motivated to complete specific further training in facility management and to apply the knowledge profitably
- Resident in the municipality of Köniz or nearby surroundings.
