As a Specialist in Health (FaGe), you support clients in their daily activities, personal care, and medical tasks. You also perform administrative and household tasks. After the guided introductory phase, you will mostly work independently and care for clients at home. In complex care situations, you work with a qualified nursing professional or a health specialist. What you bring with you
- Real or secondary school diploma
- Minimum age of 15 years at the start of training
- Enjoyment in dealing with people of all ages in their homes
- Appreciative attitude and reliability
- Good observational skills and careful working method
- Good communication skills and empathy
- Physical and mental resilience
- Good German skills (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel by bicycle and to pass the driving test as soon as possible
- A three-year training in a collegial team
- Motivated training supervisors who accompany and support you in your learning process
- The possibility, if interested and with corresponding academic performance, to complete the vocational maturity during the
- 30 vacation days per year
- Internship at the Sana Fürstenland retirement center
