Site Manager: Cleaning Maintenance (m|f) in St. Gallen with 10 Employees in the Cleaning Industry

For a demanding cleaning site, we are seeking a responsible individual. In this role, you will take on the operational leadership of a team of 10 employees as well as actively participate in cleaning on site.

Your Responsibilities

Daily participation in cleaning (a fixed part of your duties)
Ensuring cleaning quality through systematic checks and their documentation
Leadership and deployment planning of a team of 10 employees
Organisation (according to guidelines) including deputising for the client site
Operation of scrubber-dryer machines
Working days: Monday – Friday 20:00-22:00 / Saturday 18:00-20:00

Your Qualifications and Skills

Experience in a comparable role in building cleaning
Expertise in cleaning maintenance
Good German skills at least A2, additional languages advantageous
Organisational talent, leadership strength and solution-oriented approach
