Excitement - Your Role
- After an appropriate induction period, you will take over the management of (partial) projects. You are responsible for the successful execution from the study phase to commissioning
- Thanks to your organisational talent, you keep deadlines and costs under control alongside the technical challenges
- You handle mechanical and hydraulic issues on existing plants and develop practical solutions together with specialists
- Collaboration with other departments provides you with exciting insights, for example into the world of rock and concrete, of amperes and volts, or of tension and carrying cables
- Depending on the project phase, you work in the office, workshop, and directly at the power plant and external facilities
Energy - Your Skills
- You have a technical education in mechanical/plant engineering (degree, higher technical college, or similar)
- You are passionate about renewable energies and interested in immersing yourself in hydropower
- You communicate clearly, present arguments convincingly, and can reconcile different interests in a solution-oriented manner
- You are proficient in German, both spoken and written. Perhaps you even speak French
- You are a team player both within your own team and the project team
- You are curious about projects with interfaces to underground construction, electrical/control engineering, and external partners
