About the job
In this role, you ensure a personal, reliable and well-groomed reception of our guests, which also includes:
- Warmly, attentively and professionally greeting and bidding farewell to guests in front of the hotel
- Carefully, reliably and with a high level of service accompanying luggage during arrival and departure
- Safely and responsibly parking guest vehicles
- Regularly checking the entrance and lobby area for cleanliness, safety and order
- Efficiently and proactively running errands in the surrounding area
- Conducting guest transports in the nearby area in a friendly, safe and service-oriented manner
You have a service-oriented education or practical experience in the hotel industry and bring experience in a similar position. Additionally, you bring:
- Professional experience in a comparable role forms a good foundation for this task
- A valid driving licence is essential for your profile
- Confident appearance in direct guest contact as well as a good understanding of processes in luxury hospitality distinguish you
- Flexibility, reliability and willingness to work weekends suit your working style
- A charming, warm and upbeat personality as well as joy in dealing with international clientele
- Good German and English skills are mandatory for this role
