About the job

Our house «Casa Solaris» operates two restaurants in Kollbrunn (ZH). The restaurant Sole offers Mediterranean cuisine and is open daily from 7:30 am to 7 pm. The public restaurant also offers three meals a day for the staff and residents of the nursing home and senior apartments. The exquisite «a la carte» steakhouse Hot Stone offers, among other things, meat on the hot stone. The restaurant opens its doors from Tuesday to Saturday from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a friendly and ambitious cook (40-80%) starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility

• In this versatile and interesting role, you prepare healthy, varied, seasonal, and balanced meals of a high standard for residents, guests, and staff.
• You support the organization of banquets.
• You participate in ordering food supplies.

Our requirements

• Do you have a completed apprenticeship as a cook EFZ/EBA or already have professional experience in the gastronomy sector?
• Are you a team player, reliable, and flexible person?
• Do you empathetically respond to the diverse needs of our customers?
