Your tasks

• You take over product management for our "Interdental Brushes" line and manage the portfolio throughout the entire lifecycle. In the "Chemical Products" area, you support the innovation pipeline with a focus on new product developments in toothpastes and mouthwashes.
• You identify market, competitor, and customer trends and derive new product ideas, improvements, and a forward-looking product roadmap from them.
• You manage product developments from the initial idea to successful global market launch and ensure structured and targeted implementation.
• You specifically develop the existing range in terms of positioning, market potential, economic efficiency, and profitability.
• You translate market needs and economic goals into clear product concepts and convincing solutions.
• You coordinate collaboration with internal departments as well as external suppliers and development partners.
• You are the central contact person for product-related questions and bring together different internal and external stakeholders.
• You accompany products throughout the entire lifecycle, including further developments, successor products, and phase-outs.

Your profile

• You have a university degree, ideally in business administration, marketing, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
• You bring several years of solid experience in product and project management and have already independently been responsible for products or product lines.
• You have a pronounced market and customer understanding and think strategically as well as entrepreneurially.
• You work analytically, structured, and solution-oriented and consistently advance complex topics.
• You confidently coordinate various departments, stakeholders, and external partners.
• You tackle topics on your own initiative and want to actively shape products and ranges.
• Experience in healthcare, medtech, or consumer goods is a great advantage.
• You communicate clearly, reliably, and convincingly in German as well as in English.
