Site Manager Electrical Installations
Mission:
- As a site manager, your tasks include the preparation, monitoring and control of electrical installation sites in collaboration with the project manager
- Coordinate and lead your team composed of 3 to 5 employees
- Support your team on site when necessary
- Establish measurements and management reports
- Participate in site meetings
- Coordinate orders and propose economical and innovative solutions
- Ensure order and safety on sites
- Participate in the training of apprentices
Profile:
- Federal VET Diploma as electrical installer, ideally complemented by a site manager diploma or valid experience in a similar role
- Several years of experience on industrial and/or residential sites
- Dynamic person, able to unite a team
- Good communication skills, sense of priorities and autonomy
