Deputy Team Leader Property Management m/f (80-100%) (no STWEG)
Area of responsibility
- You support the team leader in managing the team of real estate professionals and ensure the professional management and optimal care of a pure rental property portfolio.
- Co-designing processes and co-developing exciting real estate projects is expressly encouraged.
- You are responsible for the correct execution of commercial and technical management including debt collection and dunning in collaboration with the accounting department.
- You prepare reports and market analyses for owners and develop the budget as well as the investment planning for maintenance and renovation.
- You support the team leadership as well as the management in acquiring new mandates and contribute to the continuous development of the department.
- You manage your portfolio purposefully, empathetically, according to economic principles and taking into account the requirements and demands of owners and tenants.
- Contact with authorities, owners, and third parties rounds off the demanding field of activity.

Profile
- Completed commercial basic training
- Federal specialist certificate in property management or equivalent further education
- Several years of professional experience and sound knowledge as a property manager; independent, service-oriented and loyal personality
- Good communication skills and assertiveness
