Nooch Asian Kitchen, one of the oldest food concepts of the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family, was founded in 2004 and has since brought the diversity of Asian street food to Switzerland. The offer ranges from fresh noodle, rice and soup dishes to various curries. The team in the restaurant, which is located in the Mattenhof area in Kriens, takes care of regular guests on site as well as incoming take-away and delivery orders. Nooch has 139 seats indoors and a further 176 outdoors.

To complement our warm and well-coordinated team, we are looking for a motivated

Wok Chef (m/f) 100%

Your versatile tasks:

• Prepare mise en place for lunch and dinner service – everything for a smooth process 🍽️✨

• Preparing wok dishes? Just your thing – you independently prepare the dishes on the menu 🔥🍜

• You are a quality professional and maintain the freshness standards of our food offer ✅

• General cleaning tasks? No problem, you ensure order and cleanliness in the kitchen 🧽

• Hygiene is a matter of course for you – you comply with the HACCP hygiene concept and ensure everything is top-notch 📋✨

Your talents & experience:

• At least 2 years of experience with the gas wok – you master the art of the wok 🍜

• You speak good German or English and can communicate easily with the team and guests 🗣️

• Your working style is clean, efficient and precise – you pay great attention to detail ✅

• You are motivated to develop further 🚀

• Your good sense for the quality of ingredients ensures everything stays fresh and delicious 🥬
