Team Leader: Logistics Outbound

Tasks

Ensuring the team’s workflow organisation and optimising processes in consultation with the supervisor
Ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulations regarding personnel management, personnel deployment planning (PEP), safety (ASA), quality assurance (QS), and company regulations
Responsibility for the correct and efficient flow of goods within the area of responsibility as well as in upstream and downstream interfaces
Conducting annual employee appraisals and supporting the supervisor in the development of employees with potential

Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
Professional experience in logistics with initial leadership experience
Solid user knowledge of MS Office products
Work is carried out within a five-day week during night shifts from Sunday 8:00 pm to Saturday morning
