Versatile Decoration Operator – M-F-X – TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT

Your mission within our Manufacture

• Carry out manual decoration operations on components (drawn lines, banding, soleillage, etc.) in compliance with aesthetic criteria.
• Perform machine decoration work (satin finishing, drawn lines, laser engraving/marking).
• Independently detect surface and appearance defects to ensure an impeccable finish level.
• Participate in quality control / inspection of parts to guarantee conformity with production standards.
• Demonstrate versatility within the UAP by rotating through different workstations.

Your profile and skills

• You have at least 2 years of experience in watch decoration, ideally in high watchmaking.
• You have full command of semi-automatic and laser decoration equipment and/or master the art of manual decoration.
• You are a rigorous person, endowed with great precision and an eye accustomed to high aesthetic demands.
• You have a consistently collaborative spirit, demonstrate fluid communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
• You are fully available for a temporary/interim assignment.
