External Service Technician 100%

Neuchâtel / Biel / Delémont Region

(Sanitary Installer)

Your main tasks are:

• Interventions as a technician in external service in your region
• Installation, repair, inspection and maintenance of the entire product range (sanitary ceramics, taps, sanitary technology, shower toilets, furniture, etc.)
• Specialised technical support and advice to sanitary installers

What we expect from you professionally:

You hold a qualification as a sanitary installer and have several years of professional experience in technical customer service. As our products increasingly include electronic components (e.g. urinal controls), additional training for electrical installations would be an advantage. You speak fluent French and preferably can make yourself understood in German. You are reliable, stress-resistant, very customer-oriented and enjoy driving.
