These are your tasks
- You develop the basics and prepare the annual billing for energy and, if applicable, water costs, especially the electricity billing regarding ZEV (joint consumption) and charging current for e-mobility
- You are the contact person for property owners and property accountants
- You clarify questions from end customers, namely condominium owners and tenants
- You support employees across departments in matters of electricity billing
This is what you bring with you
- You have completed basic training in energy supply, electrical installation, electrical planning, or energy billing or
- You have experience/affinity in the technical field of electrical energy alongside a technical or commercial profession
- You are willing to thoroughly familiarize yourself with the subject matter and have a flair for numbers
- You are communicative, motivated, goal-oriented, and service-oriented
- You like to work independently and are still a team player
- You are proficient in spoken and written German
