As a member of our HR team, you take on a central role in operational personnel administration and, together with your colleagues, ensure professional support for our employees from entry to exit. Your main tasks include recruiting employees (including payroll calculations), advising on HR topics, maintaining personnel master data, and preparing contracts, certificates, and confirmations. You organize and accompany entry days, coordinate internal and external events, and are the contact person for parking management.
How to become part of our team
- Commercial training, supplemented by the HR specialist certificate
- Broad experience in HR and in a comparable function
- Ideally knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system
- Team player with confident German language skills
- High service orientation, independence, and sense of responsibility
- Willingness to take on the early shift at the HR counter (starting at 07:00)
