Senior Railway & Road Project Managers 80%-100% - (M/F) - Yverdon
Within the Infrastructure Directorate, you independently manage multidisciplinary railway projects, from preliminary study to commissioning. Responsible for costs, deadlines, quality, safety and risks, you define the organisation of each project, lead the mandated engineering offices, internal services and contracting companies, and are the primary contact for clients and external partners. You also support road projects of municipalities, the canton and inter-municipal associations that impact our transport activities, and contribute to evolving our technical standards and processes. Through your commitment, you directly participate in the modernisation of the railway network and the quality of mobility in the region.
HES engineer or holding an equivalent qualification, you have at least 5 years of experience as a project manager in the railway sector or within a public transport company. You have good knowledge of railway technology and master the management of multidisciplinary projects. Training in project management, a CAS in railway technology as well as knowledge of the LMP/OMP, the FOT, the OPAPIF, directives and the RTE are assets. With an excellent sense of planning and priorities, you know how to unite a project team composed of internal and external stakeholders. Recognised for your rigour, synthesis skills, listening and clear and precise communication, you enjoy seeing your projects take shape on site.
