From March / April 2026, we offer you training as a Hotel and Guest Service Assistant in cooperation with WIFI Tirol – and it is more than just theory.

You learn directly where others go on vacation:

• At ROBINSON Cala Serena (Mallorca)
• At ROBINSON Quinta da Ria (Portugal)

Theory & practice – perfectly combined

• 4 online modules each with 5 x 4 hours of lessons
• 240 hours of self-study via the learning platform or by script
• Module exams with certificate after each section
• Practical phases directly in the club – with real responsibility and team spirit
• Exam: final apprenticeship exam (LAP) in Innsbruck – possible 5 times a year
