Trust Officer (m/f/d)
Your main responsibilities:
- Independent management of national and international fiduciary mandates
- Handling of incorporations, changes, registrations, and deletions
- Coordination and processing of ongoing corporate law and administrative matters
- Correspondence and collaboration with clients, banks, authorities, and external partners
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and processing due diligence documents
- Preparation of resolutions, contracts, and other mandate-related documents
You have a completed commercial education and bring several years of professional experience in the Liechtenstein fiduciary sector. You are familiar with the management and administration of various corporate forms and possess good knowledge of Liechtenstein fiduciary practice as well as the relevant due diligence obligations. An independent, structured, and reliable working style characterises you, as do discretion, a sense of responsibility, and a professional approach to clients. Very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
