- During the apprenticeship as a retail specialist (m/f/d), the practical part of your apprenticeship takes place directly in our training store in Zurich
- By arrangement, you can also do the 2-year apprenticeship as a retail assistant (m/f/d) instead of the 3-year one
- The theoretical training takes place at the local vocational school
- Your main task is individual and competent customer advice and support as well as conducting sales talks
- You take on warehouse and cashier duties, check inventory, reorder goods, and accept complaints
- In addition, you are responsible for the presentation of our goods and support our team during inventories and new openings
- You have a good school leaving certificate
- You have a sense of responsibility and willingness to perform
- You have a neat appearance
- Friendly and customer-oriented demeanor as well as flexibility are among your strengths
- You enjoy working in a team
- You are enthusiastic about fashion and have a sense for colors and trends
