"It is the employees who make us what we are!" We are the internationally leading provider of system solutions for productivity enhancement in metal processing. Our high-quality products range from clamping systems and loading robots to process control systems for manufacturing automation.
Do you want to work on systems that truly have scale? Our Loadmaster loading systems are not standard machines – and neither is their assembly. You are involved from A to Z: mechanics, wiring, commissioning and shipping.
Your area of responsibility
- Assembly of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electronic assemblies according to drawings and parts lists
- Independent assembly and wiring of large-format Loadmaster loading systems according to customer requirements based on parts lists, electrical diagrams and assembly plans
- You recognise when components require adjustments and implement these independently and professionally
- Teaching and commissioning including software and endurance testing
- Acceptance of systems according to test protocol
- Preparation and transport securing of systems for shipping
- Loading the packaged systems onto the low-loader
- Occasional setup and commissioning at the customer’s site (as needed)
- Contact person for development and technical support
What distinguishes you
- Completed training as an automation technician, electrician or basic technical training (polymechanic, industrial mechanic, automotive or agricultural machinery mechanic)
- Several years of experience in the assembly of systems or machines
- Knowledge in wiring assemblies and ideally in hydraulics
- Basic English skills – you occasionally train international service technicians on our systems
- Precise, structured working method and strong quality awareness
- Good German skills, both spoken and written
We offer you
- Varied work on technologically demanding large systems
- Real personal responsibility – you accompany the system from the first screws to the low-loader
- Independent work in a small team with short decision-making paths and a first-name culture
- Flexible working hours (annual working time) – no shift work
- Air-conditioned working environment
- Attractive employment conditions and social benefits
- Modern work infrastructure: new building with terrace and barbecue, modern changing rooms with showers and free parking spaces in the car park
