Your impact in this role
- Administrative and organizational support of management
- Appointment and task management for the managing director
- Planning, organizing, and minute-taking of management and leadership meetings
- Coordination of internal IT issues in collaboration with external service providers
- Maintenance and further development of our process management system (PMS)
- Deputizing in accounts payable
- Creating management key figures and reports in the ERP system Abacus
- Supporting the assurance of availability during working hours
Your ideal qualifications
- Completed commercial training with proven experience in assisting executives
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of French is an advantage
- High IT affinity and enthusiasm for quickly learning new tools
- A proactive, customer-oriented, and independent working style
- Discretion, resilience, and a high sense of responsibility
